It is important to check your Spam and Promotional folders if you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

Shipping Information:

  • Free shipping on orders of $99 or greater within the 48 contiguous states.
  • All Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders will incur an additional flat fee of $14.95 for shipping.

Note: If you ordered an item that is on backorder, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and ready for shipping. If the delay is expected to be longer than 10 days, we will ship all in-stock items first.


Shipping Alert

We are currently experiencing some delivery delays, premature delivery confirmations, and package tracking issues. Flair Frocks is still fulfilling orders in a timely manner, typically within 3-5 business days. However, there may be some delays and/or inconsistencies with the carriers. Once a package leaves Flair Frocks, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information, or delivery confirmation. Because of this, we cannot refund or replace orders subject to loss or theft. We appreciate your understanding and support of Flair Frocks.


PURCHASES
You are responsible for all product purchases and amounts due under your login credentials. You are responsible for paying the purchase price for products, the shipping and handling charges, and any taxes due on your online order.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
We will ship products to the address you provide on the order form.

PACKING AND HANDLING
All products ordered by you will be packed in accordance with our standard practices. We cannot accommodate special requests for custom containers, packing, crating, boxing, or bundling.

RISK OF LOSS
All products are shipped EXW (Ex Works), and you bear the risk of loss upon delivery of the products to the common carrier at our shipping location. Any claims for loss, shortage, or damage to the products after delivery to the common carrier should be submitted to the carrier directly.
